The Death Dealer

Recently I was commisioned by a good friend to recreate "The Death Dealer," a character by artisit Frank Frazetta.

The following are pictures of the charcoal drawing I did. This was the first time I had ever depicted an animal in any of my artwork and the first time someone actually paid me for a piece of artwork I did (aside from my friend's European wall murals). :)

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the piece. Comments are always welcome.

JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION.

The rider and the mount are phenom. Such a great job for your first time of an animal, I've never drawn one personally.

If I could point out one thing, the cloud/smoke shapes dont exactly fit. They are great...just dont give that spooky ambient feel. (They are almost cartoony in a way). Just my perspective.

Great piece tough, good job friend!
